Manish Jain is the CMD (Chairman & Managing Director) of Kumar Realty, formerly known as Kumar Properties. As a visionary leader, Manish has meticulously built Kumar Realty's reputation as a top developer in Pune and across India. Under his leadership, the group has expanded its horizons and developed residential, retail, and commercial spaces across Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolhapur.
In addition to his role at Kumar Realty, Manish Jain is also the M.D of KF Bioplants Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the propagation and marketing of young plants globally. KF Bioplants is the largest producer of test tube plants in India, exporting to over 30 countries with a team of 1800 employees.
Furthermore, Manish Jain oversees Futura Bioplants Pvt. Ltd. as its M.D. This company specializes in the propagation and export of orchid plants and operates India's largest lab for the production and export of tissue culture plants.
Manish Jain's educational background includes a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, USA (1990-92), and a Bachelor of Science from Nowrosjee Wadia College, University of Pune, India. His extensive expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence across all his ventures.
Supporting Sports with Lakshya /Institute:- Kumar Properties supports and promotes young generation to participate in outdoor and physical activities. For years, the company has been associated with Lakshya Institute for promoting sports by offering infrastructure support, felicitating sportspersons for their achievements, organising sports enclaves and offering required equipment. Lakshya is currently supporting over 30 budding sports champions in six disciplines viz. Shooting, Chess, Tennis, Wrestling, Boxing and Cricket.
An Eye for awareness:- H. V. Desai Eye Hospital, set up in the year 2000, has now become a vital base for all prevention of blindness activities as well as essential research in eye care under one roof. Manish has been an active member of the board and has been contributing towards the hospital.
Credai Pune:- The CREDAI-Pune is an Association of Builders and Promoters of Pune and Pimpri-Chichwad area. Established in 1982 and since then,it has been operating for the benefit of its members over more than 36 years. He is serving as Vice President in CREDAI Pune.
HEALTHCARE- Kesarimal Himmatlal Charitable Trust:- The company has set up and is successfully running a Dialysis centre in Bhavani Peth, Pune, which provides free of cost / subsidied treatment to the poor and the needy patients. The centre offers state-of-the-art dialysis machines along with other latest equipment , qualifoed doctors and trained technicians.
